The Aella 50 table lamp, designed in 1966 by Renato Toso and Giovanna Noti Massari for Leucos, is here presented in its 1990s production, a large and striking piece that embodies the timeless elegance of Italian lighting design.
The lamp features a substantial blown glass diffuser that reveals the iconic inverted cone of light.
The base is executed in polished chrome-plated steel, ultra-contemporary in its reflective surface, grounding the sculptural glass above with a bold and minimal gesture. The lamp retains its original dimmable switch, allowing full control of light intensity and atmosphere.
With its monumental scale, poetic light effects, and sculptural materiality, the Aella 50 stands as one of Leucos’ most celebrated designs.
