An iconic mid-century lounge chair, model 670, designed by Charles & Ray Eames and produced under license by ICF in Italy during the 1960s. Retaining its original black leather upholstery, the chair displays an inviting patina with gentle creases and wear consistent with age, while the molded wood veneer shells exhibit light scuffs and edge marks from decades of use. The five-star aluminum base shows surface wear, all part of the chair’s authentic history.
This example has never been restored, preserving the integrity and tactile richness of its original materials. The black leather remains supple, with its deep button tufting intact, and the wood retains its warm tone and striking grain pattern. The underside bears the original ICF label, confirming its early Italian production
