A hand-blown Murano glass centerpiece by Simone Cenedese, signed on the base, distinguished by its exceptional clarity and the rare chromatic nuance that shifts from transparent honey tones to a warm amber glow depending on the light. The bowl presents an impressively thick glass wall — approximately 1 cm — which enhances its weight, presence, and luminous depth.
Its proportions are generous yet harmonious: 30 cm in diameter (24 cm internal opening) and 13 cm in height, allowing it to function beautifully as a centerpiece, a sculptural object, or an elegant catchall on a console or dining table. The rounded form is perfectly balanced, with a smooth continuous profile that showcases the masterful control of the glassblower.
Under natural and artificial light, the bowl reveals different personalities — sometimes crisp and transparent, sometimes warm and radiant, with the amber band subtly rising from the base like a suspended veil of color.
In very good overall condition, with only minimal signs of age. A refined and collectible example of 1980s Murano production, both decorative and highly sculptural.
